$120.00 Party Room Rental Fee + the cost of pottery and includes:
Parties run two hours. Additional time available $25.00 per half hour
You can choose the pottery options for your painters to pick from that works within your budget. (We recommended that you decide on a dollar amount or a collection for your guests to choose from.)
Dedicated creative party assistant to lead the kids through the party and ensure that everybody is having fun.
Set-up and a clean up as well as help with serving food, cake & drinks, which you provide.
A designated place to set up your refreshments and table for presents.
After items have been glazed and fired we will wrap and tag them for easy distribution back to the party painters! Your pottery will be ready for pick up within one week. We also offer complimentary express firing if you really need your finished piece in as few as 3 days. (By request only: availability may vary.)
For $30 + cost of chosen plate one of our artists will create a ceramic personal party plate for your guests to sign as a lasting keepsake. (Let us know the birthday boy/girl’s favorite colors and we will be sure to incorporate them into their plate design.)
$50 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.

Teen Choice Birthday Party
Your older child will have lots of fun celebrating their special day with friends, while enjoying a wide selection of choices which include pieces up to a $25 value! So if you are looking for including some more “mature” pieces like vases, lanterns, plates, plaques, and more that are appreciated by older kids and teens, this party is a great choice.

Special Occasions, Events, & Groups
Celebrating a birthday, upcoming wedding, a baby’s impending arrival, Scout Groups, Girls night out, or any other corporate, small group or family event, is always a good time at Making Memories Ceramics.
$120.00 Party Room Rental Fee + the cost of the pottery and includes:
Space for your party goers, refreshments and presents for 2 hours.
Party Hostess to instruct, assist and clean up.
12 painters, additional painters add $12.00 room fee for each painter + cost of pottery.
A minimum of 10 painters required to book the party room.
Tipping your party hostess is appreciated but not required.
FULL STUDIO RENTAL
$350 Party Rental Fee + Pottery Selections, tax & gratuity.
Party Fee Includes:
Entire Studio Rental for 2 hours, closed to the public.
Party Hostesses to help set up and assist with your event.
Commemorative Signature Platter for your guests to sign.
We will do all the clean up so don’t worry about the mess.
Party guidelines:
Drop-off style party. Due to the layout of our space, our parties for children ages 6 and up are mostly drop-off. The birthday child’s parents, siblings, and 1 other relative or helper are of course very welcome to stay and celebrate this special day. Any other individual occupying space in the studio (with the exception of the parents/guardians + 1 other adult guest, of the party boy/girl and their siblings) will count as a ‘guest’ and will be charged accordingly. We invite parents to stay and paint a piece of pottery in the front of the store or they can explore the many area restaurants and shops in town if they would like to stay close. Due to limited space, we only guarantee seating for those that are painting. If more space is needed for your special day we do offer entire studio rental with a maximum occupancy of 40 guests. A minimum of 20 painters required to book entire studio.
Painted pottery will be ready for pick up one week from the date of the event after 3:00 pm. The party host is responsible for telling their guests whether the pottery is going to be picked up by them and delivered or should the parents come individually and pick up their child’s piece. We are not responsible for pottery pieces that are left in the studio 6 weeks from the date of the party.
Gratuity is not included in the listed price above. A minimum of a 15% gratuity is suggested for the studio assistants assisting you with the party.
FOOD: Depends on time of your party you may want to provide a different type of fueling for your painters. During our morning parties, bagels are very popular, but lunchtime party screams for pizza from your favorite pizza joint. We are NOT INCLUDING any food items in the price of the party as we would love to leave the choice to you and wouldn’t like to sell you unwanted items. However, all types of food which do not require refrigeration or heating up are welcome, and our assistants do all the set-up and clean up as well as serve food, cake & drinks, which you provide, so you can enjoy the party. Please remember to bring all needed utensils, cups, and plates as needed for your menu.
